CHAVELI: A 12-inch sandwich pizza of two thin crusts in a white sauce filling of chicken, bell peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions and cheese. Php245.00 only

SURF 'N TURF: A 10-inch thick-crust pizza with seafood, ham and bacon. Its seafood components are shrimp and kani but depending on the day's catch a local delicacy called "Ganga" may be on it — a chewy, flavorful protein of the spider conch shellfish living native in Siargao island.
